All clients are subject to the following terms of service which ensure our responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available:

  1. INDEMNIFICATION POLICY

1.1 By using iHoster services or facilities, you agree to accept responsibility for them. A warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is specifically disclaimed by iHoster. Any loss, loss of data, or other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential, or other damages, shall not be the responsibility of iHoster.

1.2 Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, save and hold iHoster harmless from all demands, liabilities, losses, costs, and claims asserted against iHoster, its agents, its customers, officers, and employees, including reasonable attorney’s fees, which may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed by the customer, its agents, employees or assigns. In the event that any injury is caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with iHoster’s server, the customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless iHoster.

1.3 In the interest of its customers, iHoster reserves the right to intervene with any of the sites hosted on its servers. Any material supplied by the customer that violates or allegedly violates the proprietary rights of a third party. Violations of this Policy are solely at the discretion of iHoster.

  1. BILLING

2.1 As of now, we bill on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan. You will receive a full refund if you are not satisfied within your first seven days (for some special offers, the money-back guarantee day can be varied; and domain name registration fees are not refundable).

2.2 Besides online banking, we also accept EasyPaisa, JazzCash, cash, and checks. We recommend that clients pay by Online Transfer into a bank or any other method available as this is the easiest method to handle payments at this time. Unless we are notified otherwise, your contract is automatically renewed for each successive period.

  1. Payments and Price Revisions

3.1 All accounts are billed according to the date they were first activated. Your account will be suspended if you do not pay for service renewal within 5 days after deactivation.

3.2 In the event that you do not renew your service within 30 days after deactivation, your account will be terminated. Five days before deactivation, you will receive an email reminder.

3.3 The plans shall be pre-paid and paid minimum for 01 Full Year, not divided in installments. The amount presented represents the product’s total price split by the number of months your plan will be live.

3.4 The user agrees to pay the charges agreed to during the initial signup request on or before the first day of the anniversary of account setup each month or year following execution of this agreement.

3.5 The user agrees any payment not received within 24 hours of said renewal date shall be considered late and the service may be suspended, either automatically or manually.

3.6 The user agrees any payment not received within 7 days of said renewal date shall be considered in default and service shall be terminated automatically. If you wish to restore a canceled account or receive a backup of a suspended account, there will be a $100+tax fee per account subject to the availability of the backup if any.

3.7 Any payments made after the initial 07-days money-back guarantee period are non-refundable, including funds, additional invoices, or any other applicable payments.

3.8 iHoster reserves the right to amend the prices listed on https://iHoster.pk, and the right to increase or reduce the resources given to plans at any time without prior notice to you.

3.9 The amount you pay for hosting will never increase from the date of purchase without at least 30 days prior notice.

  1. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

4.1 iHoster’s services may only be used for lawful purposes. Any information, data, or material transmitted, stored, or presented in violation of any United States Federal, State, or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material, threatening or obscene material, and trade secret material.

4.2 Subscribers agree to indemnify and hold iHoster and its employees harmless from any claims resulting from the use of the service.

4.3 We actively enforce our acceptable use policy. When offending content or users are discovered, they are suspended from our network immediately, although we will always inform you when and why.

4.4 Every iHoster server prohibits pornography. Images and/or advertisements that are sexually explicit or hardcore fall into this category.

4.5 A subscriber acknowledges that the service provided can be interrupted for many reasons other than negligence on the part of the company. In addition, damages caused by interruption of service are difficult to determine. Thus, the subscriber agrees that the company shall not be liable for any damages arising from causes beyond its direct control.

4.6 In addition, the subscriber acknowledges that the company’s liability for its own negligence cannot exceed the amount payable by the subscriber for services during the period damages occurred. No special or consequential damages, losses, or injuries will be covered by the company.

4.7 On our network, illegality in any form, including but not limited to unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted software or other data, harassment, fraud, or trafficking in obscene material, is not permitted.

4.8 It is not allowed to post content related to hacking, cracking, warez, and IRC. You may only host software, audio, and video downloads if you are the writer and copyright owner of the resources. In any case, accounts suspended for content or AUP violations will not be refunded.

4.9 Due to the generous usage levels set for Unlimited plans, most clients won’t be affected by the policy. You and your clients will benefit from this policy since it prevents a single user from consuming excessive network resources. In the event of excessive use, we will assist you and work something out to ensure that all can enjoy a positive hosting experience.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

5.1 In the event that our servers go down or become unavailable for any reason whatsoever, iHoster shall not be liable for any damages, including incidental and consequential damages.

5.2 Additionally, iHoster shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the corruption or deletion of any website from any of our servers. The service shall be immediately terminated if any damages are incurred.

  1. Loss of data and backups

6.1 You are solely responsible for your use of the Services. The files and data stored on your account are not the responsibility of iHoster. You agree to take full responsibility for all and any type of data like Files, Emails, Databases, etc, and to maintain all appropriate local backups of files and data stored on iHoster’s servers.

6.2 iHoster’s backup service runs daily. 21 to 30 days of backups are kept at a time. This service is provided as a courtesy and may be modified or terminated at any time at iHoster’s sole discretion. iHoster does not maintain backups of users’ websites. Therefore, the client should be responsible for managing their own backups of their data, files, and emails.

  1. Spamming Policy

7.1 Unsolicited e-mail, known as spam, is sent to people the sender does not know and does not have prior consent to send the message. Spam protection is very strict at our company. In addition, this includes sending unsolicited advertisements to newsgroups, and email addresses, and/or generating a large number of outgoing emails. Internet users can hide their identities in a variety of ways. Please be assured that your account will not be terminated until we are sure that they have abused our services. Please ask us for more information about sending emails through scripts. Account suspension will result if this limit is consistently violated. In addition, you should script your emails to be sent at intervals to avoid overloading the server. Accounts found to be in violation will be terminated immediately.

7.2 You should report any spam incidents to support@ihoster.pk as soon as possible, identifying the source of the spam.

  1. Technical Support Policy

8.1 iHoster provides you with technical support only relevant to our area of expertise. In addition to providing assistance, installation, troubleshooting, and debugging, this type of expertise also extends to any other hosting-related problem.

8.2 The support team at iHoster is, of course, under no obligation to help you with any designing and coding-related issues, or errors caused by any applications, except as this might be requested by our support team in its sole discretion, under no circumstance is iHoster obligated to assist you in any way.

  1. Disclosure Policy for Law Enforcement

9.1 We specifically prohibit the use of our service for illegal activities in our acceptable usage policy. Consequently, Subscriber agrees that iHoster can disclose any and all subscriber information, including assigned IP numbers, account history, and account use, without further consent or notification to Subscriber.

9.2 iHoster reserves the right to terminate all services.

10.9 In order to avoid late fees, domain and hosting services must be renewed before expiration to avoid suspension, termination, or loss of data.

10.10 It is your responsibility to ensure that the login credentials and information associated with your account are secure.

10.11 Backups must be taken on your local PCs, laptops, and USB drives every week/month from your respective control panels.

11. Security Monitoring

11.1 We take the security of its network very seriously. To ensure network security, data integrity, and privacy, we use programs that monitor network traffic and access to its network.

12. Migration Policy for Websites

All iHoster web hosting plans come with a free cPanel or DA website migration service. We offer one free migration for new coming hosting clients, with any additional accounts being charged at PKR. 5,000 per account.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to migrate your website using this service. A number of outside factors may contribute to this, including any limits your previous provider placed on your account.

13. Website Maintenance Policy

13.1 Our support agents are available to a user with server-related issues or questions only. Any problems relating to website building or configuration should be outsourced to a web developer or other expert.

13.2 At iHoster, we are a web host, so we can’t maintain your website.

14. Account Setup Process

14.1 The user understands that it may take up to 24 hours for any hosting account to be activated.

14.2 iHoster will set up your account once payment has been received and processed and once your account has been verified. If you do not receive your account information within 24 hours and have not received an email from iHoster, please contact us immediately.

14.3 The user agrees that all accounts should be set up using a valid and registered domain name.

14.4 The user agrees that all domain names associated with an account iHoster must be pointing to our servers using the relevant nameservers as set out in your account information email.

14.5 The user agrees and understands that any accounts set up with a domain name that has not been registered or which is using a domain name that is not pointed to our servers will be terminated without warning. We run our system every 5 days.

14.6 These actions are for security, to protect server reputation and resources, and avoid misuse of cPanel accounts.

DISCLAIMER

iHoster is not responsible for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. Any estimated profits that the client would have gained if their site was functioning cannot be held liable by us.

iHoster resells certain services. As a result, some of the equipment, routing, software, and programming used by iHoster are not owned or written by iHoster directly. Furthermore, iHoster is not responsible for the use of our clients’ accounts.

Accounts are automatically deactivated if any terms or conditions are not followed.

The right to remove an account without advance notice and without restitution is reserved by iHoster.

iHoster reserves the right to change any or all of the above Policies, Guidelines, and Disclaimers at any time.

ihoster.pk follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and are a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Like any other website, ihoster.pk uses ‘cookies’. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. Children’s Information

ihoster.pk does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

Cancellations

IHoster strives to help customers in every way we can. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations will only be considered if requested within 7 days of placing an order. Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have begun provisioning the services.

Please contact support@ihoster.pk at least 14 days before the service is due if you wish to cancel. By failing to cancel before this period, you are accepting the renewal of the service.

Refund Policy

We offer a money-back guarantee of three days for servers and seven days for other hosting plans. We will happily refund your purchase if you are not satisfied for any reason.

Simply contact us with your purchase details within seven days of your purchase to request a refund. Include your order number (sent via email after ordering) and tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we value customer feedback and use it to continuously improve our products and services.

Services delivered in full, such as installation services, are not eligible for refunds. Within 30 days, refunds will be processed.

Upon cancellation of a service and a refund request, any costs associated with renewing or providing a free domain name will be deducted from the refund amount (this sometimes results in a negative refund amount).

Domain Registration Policies

iHoster is not the domain registrar. We resell domains owned by third parties. If you register a domain with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Your domain will be suspended if you do not verify your email

Once registered, we provide a third-party domain that cannot be changed

There is no refund policy for Domain Products

Please contact us if you believe that a domain appears to be registered when it is not.

Any illegible project on your domain is your responsibility

For the first year, most companies offer free domains or discounted rates. In the case of a first-time customer, we also offer discounted prices and free domain names according to the plan selected and ordered, but we do not offer a free domain for a lifetime.

Prices are set by the registrar, and we try to avoid setting any income formula for domains.

By updating name servers or by generating a support ticket, you can use our domain on some other servers.

Domain deletions are possible, but refunds are not offered.

Our server supports third-party domains. The name server of your domain must be updated by your registrar. You can get your name servers from us by contacting us.

EPP codes and online transfers aren’t available for .PK domains. You can transfer a .pk domain by following the instructions at; https://pk6.pknic.net.pk/pk5/pgHelpTransferDomain.PK

If you have hosting, you will be able to maintain the DNS zone on our end. Otherwise, you can only manage name servers on our end, and for the DNS zone, you will need a hosting account from any provider.

Your responsibility:

You must provide us with valid information about the domain name registrant.

All domains registered by iHoster are backed with Agreements & Policies of their respective registrars

Purpose

The following is the iHoster Support Policy. In this Support Policy, we outline clearly our support policies and procedures so that all of our valued customers understand what can be expected of us and what we expect of you, our valued customers, in connection with our delivery and your use of the Services (as defined in the Terms of Service). Each customer should read and familiarize themselves with these policies. Our team looks forward to providing you with quality hosting support.

Backup of Data

You must “Backup Any or All Data” before trying to troubleshoot any issue yourself or contacting us for assistance. Any data loss or corruption caused by (i) our authorized actions, (ii) your actions while using the Services, (iii) hardware failures, or (iv) software failures, is not the responsibility of iHoster.

Methods of Support

  1. General Support. As part of our service, we offer support. Technical support tickets, phone calls, or Live/WhatsApp Chat are free of charge, but we expect you to follow this Support Policy and our other Policies.
  2. Support Tickets. It is our primary method of customer support. Trouble tickets are required for almost all issues. We prefer this method because it allows us to track issues to resolution and allows us to research problems properly. Submitting multiple tickets about the same problem will only create confusion. Please add information to an existing ticket by logging into the support system or by replying to the email containing the ticket.
  3. Live/WhatsApp Chat. Our website offers Live Help and WhatsApp Chat through the Live Help button. This allows you to contact a representative immediately. Live chat allows us to gather all necessary information and open a support ticket on your behalf. We strive to ensure proper resolutions as soon as possible.
  4. Phone. If you experience a service interruption, contact our support team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue. In order to save time, we try to avoid live troubleshooting. We will open a ticket for you based on the information you provide during your call.

Customer Relationships

Providing courteous, professional, and technically accurate support is our goal. Despite the frustration of technical problems, we ask that you treat us with respect and we will do the same. Our ultimate goal is to provide you with accurate support in a timely manner. You may contact us to reach a supervisor directly if you feel you have been treated unfairly.

Support can be provided in the following timeframes. Although tickets can be submitted outside of these hours, answers may not be received until business hours resume.

Website Designing TOS

  • If some pages exceed the given limit, every additional page will be charged accordingly as an additional job.
  • Once the project is done, the website maintenance/update fee would be charged a minimum PKR. 3,000/Hour.
  • Logo Designing is not part of website design.
  • Web content writing is an additional task. We would provide content writing services on client demand and will be charged accordingly.
  • Any feature that is not mentioned in the proposal will be charged as an additional feature.
  • Completion time only includes working days (weekend and public holidays excluded)
  • iHoster cannot accept responsibility for web pages that do not display acceptably in new versions of browsers released after the website has been designed and handed over to the Client.
  • If the Client’s website is to be installed on a third-party server, iHoster must be granted temporary read/write access to the Client’s storage directories which must be accessible via FTP/CPanel.
  • Essential content including text and specific images is to be supplied by the Client before the commencement of development. Delays in the delivery of content will extend the time taken to complete the development.
  • All the content provided by the client shall remain the sole property of the client, and the client shall be the sole owner of all rights in connection therewith.
  • The client is responsible for complying with all relevant laws relating to e-commerce and defending and indemnifying iHoster from any claim, penalty, tax, tariff loss, or damage arising from your or your client’s use of Internet electronic commerce.
  • We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to make revisions to the design. However, we have the right to limit the number of design proposals to a reasonable amount and may charge for additional designs if you make a change to the original design specification.
  • iHoster reserves the right to decline further work on a project if invoices are outstanding with the Client.
  • iHoster is not responsible for errors on third-party software.
  • iHoster will keep a copy of the site and design source files when a website project is being worked on and for re-activation, it shall be charged accordingly. However, the Client agrees that it is their responsibility to have regular backups made by themselves or the third-party hosting services in case of a software or hardware failure at the third-party hosting servers.

 What if you are not satisfied What about revisions and modifications?

After your order, we will start working on it by making it live on my internal server so that you can check the progress and give feedback (modifications/revisions during the development process as per the proposal) once done we will shift it to your server/domain. So you will be satisfied :)

What about the logo design, Business Cards, Flyers, and Letterheads?

We offer logo design, Business Cards, Flyers, Letterheads, and services as well at very reasonable prices.

Will the website be SEO Friendly?

The website and the URL structure of the website will be SEO Friendly

What if there is an issue after the project is complete? Will you solve it?

We will try to resolve it ASAP if possible in the framework. We cannot accept responsibility if contacted with any issues after months or years!! Please note that we will make revisions free of cost if contacted within 07 working days after delivery otherwise we will charge.

What happens if you lose a website due to incompetent hosting or due to the deletion of an area of the website by mistake?

We cannot take responsibility if, after delivery of the website, any changes are made to website files that cause the website to malfunction though we do keep website backups and can be restored (of course extra charge) on your server again.
